Payment and Terms

Pick-up is free from our Redondo Beach location. Delivery and pick-up in the mornings are available for an additional fee. If you need the equipment picked up at a certain time there is an additional fee.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before delivery. A rental agreement must be signed stating the customer is responsible for any damages or missing items

  7. Will you need delivery and pick-up in the mornings from 6am-10am drop off and 6am-10am pick up the following morning. If you need the equipment picked up at a specific time not in our window there is an additional fee(Yes/No): 
  8. Is there easy access for unloading? (Driveway, loading dock, elevator). We will be dropping the equipment off at the entrance.

Important information about delivery and pick up: 

Equipment delivery is typically at 9am on the day of the event. If you require an alternate time accommodation there will be an additional fee and please communicate this as soon as possible. 

We normally pick up the equipment the following morning at 9:00 a.m., but same-day pickup may be arranged at the conclusion of the event if we have staff available.

If the venue requires a sooner pick up and we do not have staff available, the renter is required to stack and lock the equipment outside the venue in a secure location with a lock provided by the rental company.

We require a fully-refundable security deposit of $200 (due by no later than the start of the event) or an image of your current CA driver’s license or Identification Card (expired ID not accepted).

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental fee is due to secure the booking. The remaining 50% fee is due by no later than the time the staff member arrives on site with the equipment that you are renting.

A 25% deposit via Zelle or Venmo is required to secure your booking.   Deposit is non refundable, deposit is transferable based on DJ's availability.


Additional fees apply for travel beyond LA and Orange Counties and any venues with challenging accessibility (e.g., flights of stairs, grass that doesn't allow for equipment cart rolling, etc.). Contact us for more information.
