Delivery pricing depends on the event location, order size, access requirements and requested delivery and pickup times. Our minimum delivery and pickup charge is generally $75.

Standard delivery is typically scheduled for approximately 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event, with pickup at approximately 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Alternate delivery times and same-day pickup may be available for an additional fee.

Easy vehicle access is required for standard delivery. Additional handling or setup charges may apply when equipment must be carried a long distance, moved up or down stairs, transported without elevator access or delivered to an area that cannot be reached with our equipment carts.

Free customer pickup and return are available from our Redondo Beach location by appointment.

How much do party rentals cost in Orange County?

Pricing depends on the type and quantity of equipment you need. Black folding chairs start at $2 each, rectangular tables start at $8 each and 10×10 canopies start at $60. Delivery, setup and pickup charges depend on your location and order requirements.

Do you deliver tables and chairs?

Yes. We deliver tables, chairs and other party rentals throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County and the South Bay. Delivery pricing is based on the event address, order size, access and requested timing.

Can I pick up the rentals myself?

Yes. Free customer pickup and return are available from our Redondo Beach location by appointment for orders greater than $200. Please let us know what you are renting and what vehicle you plan to use so we can confirm whether the equipment will fit safely.

How many people fit at a 60-inch round table?

A 60-inch round table comfortably seats eight guests. It can accommodate up to ten guests when additional seating is necessary.

How many people fit at a six-foot rectangular table?

A six-foot rectangular table generally seats six to eight guests, depending on whether chairs are placed at the ends.

What size tent do I need?

The correct tent size depends on your guest count and whether the tent will contain tables, chairs, a dance floor, food service or other equipment. Send us your guest count and planned layout, and we can help recommend an appropriate size.

Do you set up the rental equipment?

Tent and dance-floor installation may be included or quoted according to the rental. Standard table and chair delivery generally means equipment is delivered to an accessible designated area. Full setup and breakdown can be requested for an additional charge.

How far in advance should I reserve party rentals?

We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially for spring and summer weekends, holidays, graduations and popular wedding dates. Availability is not guaranteed until the rental agreement and deposit have been received.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your equipment and event date. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

Is there a security deposit?

We require either a fully refundable $200 security deposit or an image of a current California driver’s license or identification card. Expired identification is not accepted.

What happens if equipment is damaged or missing?

The customer is responsible for rented equipment throughout the rental period. Charges may apply for items that are damaged, lost or not available at the scheduled pickup time.

Can you pick up the equipment immediately after my event?

Same-day pickup may be arranged when staff are available. An additional charge may apply. Otherwise, pickup is generally scheduled for the following morning.

Affordable Party Rentals

Payment and Terms

 

A signed rental agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to reserve the equipment and event date. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

The customer is responsible for all rental equipment during the rental period, including damage, loss and missing items.

Standard delivery is generally scheduled for approximately 9:00 a.m. on the event date, with pickup at approximately 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Requested delivery or pickup outside the standard window may involve an additional fee.

If a venue requires immediate pickup and our staff are unavailable, the renter may be required to stack and secure the equipment in an approved location using a lock provided by the rental company.

A fully refundable $200 security deposit or a copy of a current California driver’s license or identification card is required no later than the beginning of the rental period.

Payment is accepted through Zelle, Venmo or cash.

A 25% deposit via Zelle or Venmo is required to secure your booking.   Deposit is non refundable, deposit is transferable based on DJ's availability.


Additional fees apply for travel beyond LA, Orange Counties and San Diego any venues with challenging accessibility (e.g., flights of stairs, grass that doesn't allow for equipment cart rolling, etc.). Contact us for more information.
