How to Book Your Catering Package
Please complete our Catering Request Form (linked here). Our Catering Manager will review your responses and be in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss your catering package and provide a quote.

About Our Team Leaders
Executive Chef Owner Trevor Damiani is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and has trained in Michelin star restaurants like Gramercy Tavern in NYC and Melisse and Citrin in Santa Monica. Bringing over ten years of culinary experience, he has led kitchens in Long Beach and Costa Mesa. His reputation for sensational tasting menus precedes him.
Our Catering Manager brings over ten years of experience in the event services industry, She ensures that clients feel proactively and professionally supported through careful planning, open, positive communication, and attentiveness to customization, detail, and quality standards. She has also worked extensively designing catering packages for clients who have particular dietary considerations.
